Access to classroom observations is contingent upon agreement to the following policy.

Observation & Classroom Access Agreement
Effective Date: January 2026

By participating in an observation, trial, or visit to any Modern Montessori virtual classroom, you agree to the following:

1. Classroom Privacy
   Modern Montessori classrooms are private learning environments. Students and families participating in observation agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all enrolled students.

2. No Recording or Distribution
   Recording, photographing, screenshotting, screen-sharing, or otherwise capturing, transmitting, or reproducing any portion of a live class, materials, student work, or interactions is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of any external devices or software for recording or transcription. Unauthorized use may result in removal of access and, where applicable, further action.

3. No Reproduction of Materials
   All lessons, materials, presentations, curriculum content, and teaching methods are the intellectual property of Modern Montessori LLC and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used for any purpose without prior written consent.

4. Limited Access
   Observation access is granted solely for the purpose of evaluating the program for potential enrollment. Access may not be used for research, competitive analysis, content development, or any commercial purpose.

5. Removal of Access
   Modern Montessori reserves the right to remove any participant from an observation or deny future access at its sole discretion.

6. Permitted Use
   Modern Montessori does not permit observation access for the purpose of replicating, analyzing, or deriving educational, commercial, or competitive materials.

7. Acknowledgment
   By attending an observation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.
